| Update and New Mailing address |
[Nov. 5th, 2007|04:52 pm] |
I just finished a huge amount of sewing and I wanted to share what I made with all of you lovely people. These dolls, bunnies and bats were all one order and are all sold. It took me 9 weeks to do all of this and now I am just exhausted, but it was really fun too! So this is why their has been nothing new for sale lately. The order was for 10 dolls, 10 bats and 10 bunnies but I made a dozen bunnies because anyone who orders this much deserves something for free. *lol* I am posting these photos because thought you all might enjoy seeing something new from Tragic Stitches. I hope you do.
In the next few weeks Tragic Stitches will be launching an www.etsy.com store and most of my work will be available for purchase there instead of just here, but I will be sure and update this journal with any thing new so you can all see it. If you have not checked out www.etsy.com you should it is full of so many beautiful handmade things and for all of us crafty people it is a wonderful cost friendly alternative to ebay.
I will be taking a few (very few) custom orders on dolls, bunnies and bats for the next five weeks. Most of the bunnies and bats still posted in this journal can still be custom ordered and dolls are all one of a kind but feel free to look at the ones I have made for ideas. After December 15th I will be on hiatus for a few months as I am 32 weeks pregnant and already have an almost three year old at home. My mommy duties must come first and I am sure I will be plenty busy.
The last point of business is the new Tragic Stitches mailing list. If you would like to be on the mailing list leave your email address as comment in this post or email me erina@tragicstitches.com and I will add you. The mailing list is the best way to find out first about new Bat and Bunny sales and Dolls because I will send the emails out 24 hours before I update here.
Sorry about the extremely long post. Thats all for now, enjoy the photos.
